Protesters in Madagascar took to the streets Tuesday to voice their anger at outages, poverty, and alleged corruption. During which, a Madagascan elite military unit colonel said that the armed forces are taking power in what appeared to confirm that President Andry Rajoelina had been removed in a coup, which protestors celebrated.
